Soñador, Mendoza, Argentina Malbec 2008
This wine has the classical aromas of the Argentinean Malbec with mature and violet plums which becomes evident in the nose. It has also some indications of vanilla in the aroma. Seven Sisters - by Highland Brewing, Abbey style ale, is brewed with double the normal grain bill and the addition of Belgian dark candi sugar, fermented with Trappist yeast. German select hops enhance authenticity and provide a restrained bittering.
