•	There is a three month obligation required on all memberships.  Presently there is no application fee to join the clubs at Maggie's.
	•	Your credit card will be automatically charged the monthly membership(s) fee each month.
	•	Memberships are on an individual basis (not couples).  However, each membership allows you to bring one guest at no additional charge.  You are welcome to bring more than one guest to each tasting at an additional cost of only each for appetizers and entertainment.
	•	Your wine of the month or beer of the month are available for pick-up at the 2nd scheduled wine tasting each month.
	•	Shipping and handling charges apply for all wine and/or beer delivered out of the state of Florida.  Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
	•	For Beer Club members, all beers that require shipment will be substituted with two 750 ml premium beer selections.
	•	If you wish to cancel your club membership, please e-mail or write to us prior to the month you wish to have the cancellation effective.  (ex. If you wish to cancel beginning in April we must receive your request by March 30th.)
